Class “B” Bingo Licence
A licence issued to a single charitable or religious organization to conduct and manage Bingo/Charitable Gaming Events in conjunction with a Class “A” Licensee at an Association Bingo Hall. To learn more, read the Class 'B' Terms and Conditions.
Class B Bingo Application
Use this form to apply for a bingo licence if you are a charitable or religious organization who has received approval from a designated bingo hall to run bingo events within that hall.
Class “C” Bingo Licence
A licence issued to a charity or religious organization to conduct and manage a Bingo Event at a Community Bingo Hall, where the Total Retail Prize Value per event may be greater than $1,000 and/or the number of events exceeds one per week.To learn more, read the Class 'C' Terms and Conditions.

Class C Bingo Application
Use this form to apply for a bingo licence if you are a charitable or religious organization who will be running no more than 3 bingo events a week in a community bingo hall and where the prize value at any event exceeds $1,000.

Class “C” Restricted Bingo Licence
A licence issued to a charity or religious organization to conduct and manage a Bingo Event at a Community Bingo Hall, where the Total Retail Prize Value per event is less than $1,000 and the number of events does not exceed one per week.To learn more, read the Class 'C' Restricted Terms and Conditions.

Class C Restricted Bingo Application
Use this form to apply for a bingo licence if you are a charitable or religious organization running no more than one bingo event per week in a community bingo hall and where the prize value at each event is less than $1,000.
Small Bingo Licence
A licence issued to a charitable or religious organization to conduct or manage a bingo event at any premises specified in the licence. Total value of all prizes is not to exceed $1,000, and is limited to one Bingo Event per week.To learn more, read the Small Bingo Terms and Conditions.
